My Story
Laura is no stranger to coaching. Her health journey began at the age of 5 as a competitive swimmer. Soon after, she found a love of gymnastics and competed through college as a Division 1 student/athlete. After graduating and relocating to Colorado in 1991, Laura continued in competitive sport with running and triathlon. In her early 30’s, Laura was introduced to yoga and in 2011, completed the 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT-200).
With a solid foundation and passion for nutrition, psychology, and healthy lifestyle, Laura found FMCA and completed the Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) program in mid-2021. Laura is excited to share her passion for health with her coaching clients. Experienced in all areas of health and wellness, Laura specializes her practice in plant-based nutrition and gut health, addiction, autoimmune conditions, and longevity. Laura prides herself on trust and listening to the needs of her clients as well as her tireless work ethic, enthusiasm, motivation, and perseverance.
